In WI there are two types of asbestos companies: ones like ours that are licensed do asbestos removal/encapsulation and companies that are licensed to do asbestos testing. Some companies offer both services, which we consider a strong conflict of interest (you don’t want the same company testing your asbestos that also has an interest in removing it if it is determined to be asbestos).  If you are unsure if your material is asbestos, you can email us a photo, and we can tell you the likelihood of it being asbestos and/or we can put you in contact with a reputable company in your area to test the materials for asbestos. 

Ready to receive a proposal with pricing?  You have two options: 

Option #1:

• We come out and take a look/do site measurement and prepare a proposal. 
• Our proposals are turnkey (all permits, disposals, etc. included) and ensue all work is completed to meet or exceed all State, Federal, DNR, DHS and OSHA regulations. 
• Once you accept, we then schedule the work.

Option #2:    

• If you have an asbestos report, please send that over.  We can help you decipher what asbestos needs to be removed to allow your project to be done safely.
• Same process as above except we do not come out initially to look but rely on you to get us information by taking 3-4 pictures and attaching them in the web form below.  We may then give you a call to go through the pictures.  IF you are having problems uploading the photos using our webform, you can also email them to info@ddcellc.com
• You also take a measurement of what we are removing.  It does not have to be exact (within 5%).
• We will take $150 off your proposal if you want to do this homework for us.  We respect your time.  It saves us overhead as well and we want to reward you for that.

Option #1 To Receive A Proposal With Pricing: If we need to come out to your home or business to gather the needed information, we will perform a walkthrough (typically 1 hour or less onsite). We charge a deposit of $195 if in Dane County (possible upcharge for further away locations). If you go ahead with the work, you will receive the full deposit back. If you find another company that will do the same scope of work as us for a cheaper price, we will also reimburse the deposit back (this rarely happens as we are VERY economical and good at what we do). Why do we require a deposit? It helps us keep our pricing down overall by sorting out the clients that are serious about improving their indoor quality versus the curious ones.  Please click Option #1 below to fill out the applicable form.

Option #2 To Receive A Proposal With Pricing: If you have a report showing the work area/amount of work or if you want to take pictures of the work areas with some measurements, we may be able to avoid coming out to your home or business. We will then get you a proposal assuming the information is enough. No deposit required. Please click Option #1 below to fill out the applicable form.

After reviewing your information or after our site visit, we will put together a professional proposal complete with pricing. You will receive this within approximately 3 business days from our site visit. It will outline our exact scope of work and pricing. No surprises. This is emailed to you.

• You will then review the proposal and accept if you’d like to proceed. You can sign it and send it back or we can send you an Adobe Sign.
• Our scheduling team will then reach out to set up the project schedule
• We will keep all documents for your records if you need them in the future, including if you sell the property and need them at that time.

We perform lead paint removal on steel beams/columns to allow steel reinforcement by others, we perform interior demolition of building surfaces with lead paint such as full wall and ceiling removal, we grind lead paint off floor surfaces, we remove lead painted siding, etc.

From attic vermiculite to vermiculite imbedded in block walls, we have done thousands of asbestos and vermiculite jobs throughout homes, schools, businesses, hospitals, and businesses throughout WI.  We are in A+ standing with OSHA, DNR, Department of Health and OSHA.  We look forward to helping you.

All vermiculite removal must be done by a State of WI licensed asbestos removal company/workforce.  This is a ruling from the Department of Health.  Testing the material does not change this law meaning if you have vermiculite, you must have it handled professionally by an asbestos removal company/workforce.  There is some flexibility that you can remove the vermiculite yourself if you are the homeowner and live in the home (contact the Department of Health for clarification), but we strongly do not advise this due to health and safety.

Option #1:

• We come out and take a look/do site measurement and prepare a proposal. 
• Our proposals are turnkey (all permits, disposals, etc included) and ensue all work is completed to meet or exceed all State, Federal, DNR, DHS and OSHA regulations. 
• The processes we use in your home are the same processes we do at public schools we do throughout the State of WI. 
• Once you accept, we then schedule the work.
• We will require a $195 deposit (possibly more if outside of Dane County) prior to visiting your site to put together the proposal.  This deposit allows us to know the clients are serious before we make the overhead of commitment of visiting the site and putting together the proposal/etc. ultimately allowing us to lower overhead and thus improving pricing. Once we perform the work, you get 100% of this deposit back.  If you find a competitor that can do the same scope of work for less, we also will give you your 100% of this deposit back.   We’ve said this for years and often don’t have anyone that can beat us in price due to the experience we have making us the most financially efficient choice.  If for some reason you don’t do the work, you will not get the deposit back.

Option #2:

• Same process as above except we do not come out initially to look but rely on you to get us information by taking 3-4 pictures and sending them to us. We may then give you a call to go through the pictures.   We’ll be able to tell from the pictures if it’s vermiculite. 
• We will also have you measure the amount of vermiculite you need removed in square footage.  Meaning if your attic space is 1,200 sf, that is all we need to know.  We’ll be able to tell how thick the vermiculite is by your photos.
• We will take $150 off your proposal if you want to do this homework for us.  We respect your time.  It saves us from visiting the site as well and we want to reward you for that.

If you are not familiar, there is a Zonolite fund that does financial reimbursement for vermiculite removal and reasonable re-insulation costs.  This assumes your vermiculite came from a specific mine in Montana which means you have a 75% chance of this reimbursement happening.  Its actually a very good program and is legit.  Here is the website: https://www.zaitrust.com/Hm1.aspx  You will see on this website that those that meet the requirements receive a reimbursement contribution of up to 55% of the removal costs up to $5,250 (see website for further details).
